As soon as I entered the restaurant, I noticed the bright colors and modern design that matched the Jersey Mike’s signature red, white, and blue theme. The restaurant was clean, the tables were wiped down, and the workers moved quickly behind the counter. One employee greeted me right away, which made the experience feel friendly instead of rushed. The atmosphere felt relaxed while still being busy, making it a comfortable place to eat with friends or family.
Jersey Mike’s has a large menu with both hot and cold sandwiches, so there are plenty of options for different tastes. After looking through the menu, I ordered a regular #42 Chipotle Chicken Cheese Steak, a #5 Super Sub, and a bag of baked Lay’s chips to share with a friend. The employee helping me was patient while I ordered and made the experience feel personal instead of rushed. One thing that stood out was that an employee gave me a free drink, which made the customer service feel even more generous and welcoming.
